The location of the hotel is great, with the Sunken Gardens cafe and the Dubai Mall close by. We enjoyed the bustling atmosphere of the area, which made us feel like we were in the heart of the city. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a cozy place to relax after a long day of exploring. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring that our needs were met during our stay.
We did notice that some areas of the hotel could use a renovation, especially in terms of furniture and cleanliness.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, with the rooms and common areas always super clean. The hotel facilities, such as the swimming pool in the terrace, were excellent and well-maintained. We also appreciated the convenient parking available at the hotel. The location was perfect for us, as it was just a short distance from the Dubai Mall. the staff were amazing. They made us feel like part of their family, constantly going above and beyond to make us feel at home. They even spoiled our children with presents and kind words.

Free two bedroom upgrade, extremely private and efficient check-in/check-out process. Convenient location and exceptional staff. Staff go above and beyond, treating guests like family and showering children with gifts and kind words. Truly a superb experience.

This hotel provides luxurious and exclusive amenities that exceeded our expectations. From the indoor swimming pool to the sauna, we were impressed by the top, notch spa and wellness center. the massage services offered by the spa lounge were exceptional, and we thoroughly enjoyed our full body massage.
While the food was delicious and satisfying, we had to wait longer than expected for our orders to arrive.
